The time has come for us to take our blog "private." By saying this, we don't mean only those who we know personally. We just mean that we now feel the need to have some control over who views our blog. We certainly have enjoyed following along with other people's adoption blogs and have made some wonderful virtual and real friendships through them and gained a lot of invaluable information (including how to make our blog private--thanks Cori). It is very sad to me that I have to feel so scared about what could happen by keeping our blog public. We just read today about a woman who found her son's picture on Craigslist under an ad for adoption, which ended up being a scam. I just will not jeopardize my children's safety. You may have noticed that this blog is now empty, but not private. All of our previous pictures, posts, comments, etc. have been moved to http://3knightsand1princess.blogspot.com. Once I work with it some it will look exactly the same and may even have some new features, who knows?
To see our blog, simply send me an e-mail at sllowman@myactv.net, and I will grant you access. If I don't know you, but you are curious about adoption, Korean adoption, life with 3 boys and 1 girl, the craziness of our lives, or just feel the need to be our friend, please don't be shy. There are many of you in the blog world who I know check our blog…and I check yours…but I don't have your e-mail address or real name. If you still want to follow our blog, definitely e-mail me. I have sent some of you invitations to view the blog from email addresses that I have, unfortunately I do not have everyone's updated address. If you haven't gotten an invite, PLEASE email me so I can add you to the list of approved readers. I really love sharing with you our excitement and hope you all will continue to read and leave comments. If you are having a lot of trouble once I have set you up as a reader, I will do my best to figure out how to grant access to you.
Thanks and I hope everyone understands our need for security and safety for both ourselves and our family. Look forward to seeing you at our new location!
